Jenn Bastian works as an art director, animator, scenic artist and set dresser. Her credits include art directing animated segments on Nickelodeon's Kablam! and The Amanda Show, animating programs on The Discovery Channel and MTV (Cartoon Sushi) and as a scenic artist for Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. done

Brady Lewis - Writer, Producer, Director

Before writing Daddy Cool, Brady Lewis had made more than a dozen short 16mm films and had worked in commercial film production as a cameraman, editor and optical effects designer. His short films have won more than 30 film festival awards, and he has presented his work at venues that include the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the High Museum in Atlanta and the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh. He teaches film production at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, where he is the director of a large film school. Daddy Cool is his first feature-length film. done

Mark Knobil - Director of Photography


Mark Knobil has received Emmy nominations for his work on the National Geographic Specials, Working Dogs and Camera Magic. He served as the Supervising Director of Photography for The Shape of Life, an 8-hour series for National Geographic Television for national PBS broadcast. He was Second Unit Director of Photography on the Hallmark Hall of Fame Special The Piano Lesson and director of photography for the Discovery Channel production Titanic: Anatomy of a Disaster, a 1997 two-hour special. He recently completed the feature The Bread My Sweet and is currently finishing The Skin We're In, a National Geographic Television Special for PBS. done

Susan Howard - Co-producer


Susan Howard has worked as a producer, director and editor of numerous commercial, industrial and public television productions. She was the sole editor and served as a location director for Mister Rogers' Neighborhood from 1990 – 2001. She is an Assistant Professor at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, where she teaches film production. She is co-author (with Brady Lewis) of the widely-used beginning film production textbook, “Shot By Shot: A Practical Guide to Filmmaking.” done
